Karuna Foundation Nepal (KFN) is a Non-Governmental Organization which aims to prevent avoidable disabilities among children and improve quality of lives of children and adults with disabilities. KFN currently works in Ilam, Sunsari and Rasuwa where different programs are being implemented.
Program Background:

Inspire2Care Program is a community-based model of inclusive development implemented in direct partnership with provincial and local governments. The goal of the program is to prevent avoidable disabilities and improve the quality of life of children and adults with disabilities and their families through community-based rehabilitation. It works to strengthen community support systems for the achievement of these goals.

Karuna Foundation Nepal hereby invites applications from interested Nepalese candidates for the following positions:


1. Officer–Admin & Finance: Sunsari(1), Dhankuta(1)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Studies from recognized institution, preferably with finance or accounts specialization with two years of work experience in similar field

2. Officer–M&E: Sunsari(1), Dhankuta(1)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Public health or statistics from recognized institution with two years of work experience of Monitoring and Evaluation in I/NGOs

4. Officer–Prevention: Sunsari(1), Dhankuta(1)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from recognized institution with minimum two years of work experience in maternal and child health programs
